In October a women named Savita Halappanavar from Ireland died from blood poisoning following a miscarriage. Now in any other event it's just as tragic and terrible however in this women's case she passed away as a result of not being able to get an abortion. This is not only wrong it should legally be addressed as something I don't know what you would put it as whether it murder or manslaughter but this is something that Irish government should address immediately. Abortion is one of the most politically talked about issues in the modern world and to me it really comes down to health issues if you are going to die how can you be denied that service? It really makes no sense to me. I know religiously that is what keeps abortion from being legalized globally but if you don't support abortion then don't do it, that's your right as a person but if someone wants an abortion who are you to deny them? Just because you go to church every sunday at 9:30 am and believe that because God says abortion is wrong doesn't mean you should go blow up abortion clinics. Todays world is too politically correct and it drives me crazy. Sorry but you're not the one getting the abortion so what makes you right? The link to the story is here if you want any more information about it.
